Meet Our Principals
Schlotfeldt Engineering, Inc. is a privately held firm with two partners. These partners are Wayne Schlotfeldt and Patrick Bickett, and have a combined 50 years of experience with the firm.
Wayne Schlotfeldt, P.E.
Having been with Schlotfeldt Engineering since 1984, Wayne's experience includes all facets of civil engineering design and he is in charge of special inspections and structural engineering. Projects that Wayne has been involved in have included those with basic needs to those that are very complex and demanding. While employed by Schlotfeldt Engineering, Wayne has held several political and elected offices which gives us additional insight in serving our clients.

Patrick Bickett, P.E., L.S.I.T.
Pat has been with Schlotfeldt Engineering since 1994. His work has included all facets of civil engineering design from municipal infrastructure construction and rehabilitation projects to residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions. Pat is charge of floodplain management and is also responsible for coordination of survey equipment and computer software technology for the company.
